Baldwin Business Systems provides commercial printing and print brokerage services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

  • Supply print-ready files or approve proofs before production
  • Pay for services as agreed upon
  • Accept responsibility for approved specifications

  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Client Files and Content

You retain ownership of files and content you provide to us. You grant us a limited license to use, reproduce, and modify such content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your service request.

7. Orders, Proofs, and Production

All orders are subject to proof approval before production begins. Once a proof is approved and production commences, changes may not be possible and costs already incurred may be non-refundable. It is the client's responsibility to review all proofs carefully for accuracy before approving.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established at time of order. We reserve the right to require payment in advance for new clients or large orders. Invoices not paid within the agreed terms may be subject to late fees or suspension of service.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled prior to production at no charge. Orders cancelled after production has begun will be charged for work completed to that point. We do not offer refunds on completed orders that were produced to approved specifications.

10. Turnaround and Delivery

Quoted turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, force majeure events, or delays in client approval of proofs.

11. Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baldwin Business Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
